We have completed the supply and assisted in the commissioning of a £250K worth of refrigeration equipment for a major fish processor. We have supplied to local contractor Delta T Refrigeration Ltd 3 x Technoblock housed 35HP housed condensing units for use with R407A with copper/copper condensers to protect against the salt air environment for the fish market. The condensing units are coupled to 10 x Refteco dual discharge evaporator also supplied by us. The evaporator coil blocks are treated with cataphoresis coating to protect against the fish market environment.

September 2016. Grimsby. Supply of Technoblock UNXB63000 air-cooled condensing with Bitzer S6-F30.2Y 2-stage compressor to be coupled to a 9 station plate freezer running at -40

June 2017. Plymouth. Working with the end user Interfish and local contractor SPX Refrigeration we have supplied a Geneglace S15 orbital silo with 2 x F600ABF 10 t/24h ice generators for use with central ammonia refrigeration system.

September 2015. Salmon packing station on the remote Shetland island of Yell. Working with local contractor Delta T Refrigeration Ltd we engineered and supplied a 12 tonne orbital ice silo with auto discharge for Cookes Aquaculture. The Geneglace S12 silo is fed by 2 x 10 tonne/24h Geneglace F1600ABF flake ice machines coupled to 2 x Techno-B UITN4500 housed condensing unit with copper/copper condensers and Bitzer 6F-40.2Y compressors.

August 2017. Grimsby. Design and supply for Amazon Refrigeration Ltd 2 x Technoblock UNBD64000 housed air-cooled condensing units and 2 x Refteco REBF 0502 J10E4D floor mounted evaporators. The equipment will be used to blast freeze 250kg of fish products in 90 minutes per chamber. The equipment is designed for use with refrigerant R407F and therefore the compressors are fitted with liquid injection.
